Your Rolling Hills Riviera Neighborhood Association is a member of the City of Rancho Palos Verdes Council of Homeowners Associations (CHOA).
CHOA’s mission is to promote the common interests of all the HOAs and neighborhood associations in the City. It’s unusual and very valuable to have a city-wide resident organization like CHOA.
CHOA has regular meetings attended by various City officials (including the CIty Manager), City Councilmembers, and emergency services personnel.
CHOA meeting are held at Hesse Park. It’s a great way to learn more about what’s going on in our City.
